<em>Tilapia is one of the consumption fish commodities that was very popular with public. The development tilapia aquaculture growing rapidly, especially saline tilapia. high potential causes demand for fingerlings to increase. This research aimed determine best dose salinity increase in effort adapt freshwater In addition, it also observed survival, growth and feed efficiency. method used experimental completely randomized design data were analyzed using SPSS16 Tukey's test. treatments included levels addition by 1 ‰/day, 2 3/day 4 ‰/day. difference had a significant effect on Survival Rate (SR), Growth (GR), Specific (SGR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) Utilization Efficiency (FUE). treatment this ‰/day SR 96%, GR 35.1 g / t, SGR 1.22% w day, FCR 1.04 FUE 96%.</em>
